Leg Day!
They are screaming at me…Reverse Lunges Pyramid topping out at 105lbs for 3 sets of 5…Leg extensions 2 sets of 15 (one leg) 4 sets of 5 @165lbs, Leg curls 2 sets of 15 @ 30lbs(one leg) 4 sets of 5 @90lbs… total hip machine and i ran out of time for calf raises
